Co-founders Nick Trotter and Jon Healy are long time friends and colleagues with deep roots in the village of Bolingbrook. Nick and Jon played on the same Bolingbrook Firebirds travel team throughout their childhood and graduated together from Bolingbrook High School in 1996. Their strong principles of hard work, teamwork, and strong character come from their experiences growing up together in the community. At BHS they both were fortunate to play for 4 years under Varsity Coach Jim Paskiewicz, and were largely inspired by him to begin their coaching journeys. In 1997 Nick and Jon began coaching in an effort to bring the same values and principles to new generations of local youth players.
